We believe in full transparency. We charge a flat sourcing commission 6.5% or a fixed project fee based on your needs. We offer full visibility into factory pricing—we never add hidden markups to your unit costs.

Finding a verified supplier typically takes 2–4 weeks from the initial brief. Production time depends on the product and quantity (usually 3–6 weeks). We will give you a realistic, upfront timeline before we begin, covering sourcing, production, inspection, and shipping.

It depends entirely on the product and the supplier. We have a strong network of factories that accommodate small businesses and first-time importers. We will always find options that fit your specific volume and budget.

Yes, absolutely. We can source stock samples or coordinate custom pre-production samples. Sample costs and courier fees are typically paid by the client, but these costs are often credited back or refunded when you proceed with a bulk order.

Yes, extensively. We are experienced with all FBA prep requirements, including FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, and bubble wrapping. We can ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers or to your chosen 3PL warehouse.

Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU shipping via air and sea freight. We can handle the entire logistics process to your door, or coordinate directly with your existing freight forwarder if you prefer.

We protect your interests by acting as your intermediary. We can manage supplier payments on your behalf or advise on secure payment structures. We always recommend terms (like 30% deposit / 70% after inspection) that ensure you never pay the full amount before goods are verified.

Your IP is safe with us. We require all suppliers to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we even request a quote. We can also assist with trademark registration in China to further protect your brand from counterfeiters.

We never work with unverified factories. Our vetting process includes verifying their business license, checking their export history, and conducting video or in-person factory tours before they are ever presented to you as an option.

We will document all issues with photos and video and work with the supplier to resolve them before shipment. You never pay for goods that don't meet your approved specifications. If a resolution cannot be reached, we will mediate on your behalf to secure a refund, replacement, or cancellation of the order.
